The V-Move XL 1.5 remote-control shopping cart pusher or retriever is for pushing medium-sized or large-sized nested shopping carts / grocery carts or nested luggage carts. If you want to push carts on a sloped property or ramp or want a very durable and powerful machine, the V-move XL+ is the heavy duty cart pusher you need. The V-move XL 1.5 has a 1,500-watt low-RPM DC motor and is our second most affordable cart pusher. It has the capability to push loads up to 4,409 lb or 2 MT with the counterweight included. Solid wheels, all-season air tires, or Mud+Snow rated winter air tires are available. This cart pusher can take optional counterweight plates for pushing heavier loads up to 5 MT or 11,023 lb or for plowing snow.

Even though the V-move XL 1.5 has a DC motor with brushes, our DC motors spin at a slow RPM with high torque output. The motor brushes should not need replacing over the life of the tug when used 4 hours or less each day. This will save you time and money vs other DC motor tugs on the market.
This V-Move XL 1.5 shopping cart pusher uses a popular Curtis computer controller, top-quality deep-cycle maintenance-free batteries, and a water and dust-proof UL/CSA-approved charger. The optional battery will last for up to 8.5 hours of continuous use and cycle for up to 1,200 times at 100% depth of discharge. Our LiFePO4 and TPPL battery options, when partially and fast charged throughout the day to keep the batteries topped up, will provide you with 24/7 constant use.
Included with each cart retriever tug is a waterproof IP67 rated rugged remote control, universal adjustable cart wheel holder, spring-loaded stand up handle, marine-grade rope and ratchet good for 30 (slight slope or snow) or 50 carts (flat surface), 100Ah maintenance-free batteries, a 360-degree flashing light, and loud vehicle horn. If you want to push more than 50 carts or push on grades up to 30%, consider our V-move XL+ cart pusher model.
The V-move XL 1.5 cart retriever/cart pusher can option with a snowplow to double the usefulness of your cart pusher. Its 48" wide snow clearing path is ideal for clearing sidewalks and entrance ways. A powered winch, powered actuator, and LED floodlight are some of the options.
