Even though the V-move M has a DC motor with brushes, our DC motors spin at a slow RPM with high torque output which extends the life of the motor. The motor brushes should not need replacing over the life of the tug when used 4 hours or less each day. This will save you time and money vs other DC motor tugs on the market.
This V-Move M light-duty electric tug or load mover uses a Curtis computer controller, top-quality deep-cycle maintenance-free batteries, and a water and dust-proof UL/CSA-approved charger. A one-year warranty is included! Operating time on a full charge can be up to 6 hours. LifePO4 batteries are optional, as are many other options.
The V-Move M is a light-duty electric tug or load mover that can be used to push and pull any loads on wheels such as linen carts, equipment on wheels, industrial loads, etc. The V-move M itself weighs 331 lb or 150 kg and operates on a maximum gradient up to and including 20%. LiFePO4 is also an option for this load mover to extend the run time and reduce battery replacements to save money in the long run.
