The maintenance-free AC motor results in a lower total cost of ownership for an AC motor than a DC motor and is designed to move and stop the loads safely and without any effort from the user. The AC motor in the 1200 model has advantages over a DC motor as it has a flatter torque curve to move the load easier, quieter to operate, uses less energy most of the time, and smoother operation with no jerking. The V-Move 1200 tow tractor or tugger is driven by a large front wheel and has two solid rear wheels with a small turning radius. The floor platform is 170 mm (6.7 inches) off the ground and comes as a standard height or low height model for the same price.

This V-Move tow tractor or stock chaser uses the latest Curtis CAN-bus computer controller, top-quality deep-cycle motive 'forklift' style flooded batteries, and a water and dust-resistant UL/CSA approved charger. It has a high-capacity LiFePO4 battery option. All our tugs are engineered to eliminate radio frequencies to allow you to safely use them in hospitals or sensitive manufacturing environments.
