The V-Move XL+ walk-along electric load mover or industrial tug with a 1.7 kW motor is ideal for heavy carts or trailers, bins, and compactors, up/down slopes, and is ideal for pushing and pulling loads up to 13,228 lb or 6 MT and, with an optional lift, it can carry loads up to 1,323 lb or 0.6 MT.

Weight plates can be added to the XL+ up to 500 kg or 1,102 lb for added traction. The V-Move XL+ has a maintenance-free AC motor which means the lower total cost of ownership vs DC motor tugs. It is designed to move and stop the loads quietly and smoother without any added effort from the user. If your load is on rails and the tug is on a solid surface, such as concrete, steel, pavement, or blocks, then you can use the XL+ to push or pull and safely stop a load up to 10 MT or 22,046 lb. With less resistance when it is on rails, all our tugs can pull more on rails.

Due to our optional tires and advanced driveshaft, you can use the V-Move electric load mover or industrial tug on and off solid surfaces, off-road and in snow. Optional studs in our winter tires allow you to use it on ice. With the added counterweights, the tug can weigh up to 775 kg or 1,708 lb for added traction with heavier loads. This V-Move battery-powered electric load mover or industrial tug uses the latest Curtis CAN-bus computer controller, top-quality deep-cycle maintenance-free batteries, and a water and dust-proof UL/CSA-approved charger. The AC motor in the XL+ doesn't generate any sparks as most DC motors do, so it is less likely to ignite flammable gasses than the DC motor tugs. All our tugs are engineered to eliminate radio frequencies to allow you to safely use it in hospitals. With the optional tilting handle, V-Move has one of the smallest footprints of any walk-along tug in its class, at 47", allowing you to get into tight spots to get at loads.
